In the morning I can pop open my time and sales screen, and I see trades executing on the NASDAQ well before 8:15 EST. I opened the screen at 6:45 AM today.
Sometimes, it will be really out of wack, like a size of 10K at odd numbers, like a buck or two below or above the bid/ask range.
