It looks a little like Patricia, although she was white blonde two summers ago, I guess. I could only really tell, though, if I saw a chest shot in a black dress that had a square neckline. She wore it numerous times. Had less make up and didn't tweeze the eyebrows. But it could be her. Yikes she doesnt look as good in the photo.
