Who is PUNK on Level II?

I pulled up a NAZ stock on level II and saw a market maker symbol I had never seen before, PUNK.

That is pretty funny and can lead to some "Whose on First" discussions:


TraderA: Whose bidding?
TraderB: A PUNK
TraderA: Yeah I know, but whose bidding?

:D

Can someone tell me who that stands for?
