This is true.
There have been some posts in this thread that come close to thinking that I was asking because somehow I or any thinking person is looking to Obama for guidance or values his opnion. NOT.
However, he does move the lemmings in droves and has the potential to, regardless of whether that should be so or not. To give an extreme example, if Barry and Mooch both came out and flat-out announced their support for a particular candidate tomorrow, that would move the market for said candidate, considerably. And if one is following the election dynamics then that might be a factor to observe or know about. Even though I think he is a dildo.

Liberals have the reasoning skills of young children. They are easily manipulated into extreme positions through use of emotive symbols and appeals to their moral narcissism. That is why they are able to change their "core" principles 180 degrees in a short period of time without any embarrassment. As just one example, Bernie Sanders was an anti-immigration hawk not that long ago on the perfectly reasonable ground that immigration hurt low income citizens. Now he demands open borders as a matter of moral necessity.
In addition, liberals cannot just vote for someone. They have to turn them into some sort of idol who represents all that is good and admirable, while frantically demonizing their opponents.
These traits are very dangerous because they lead to rationalizing all sorts of bad things, from election fraud ( anything to stop the evil from taking power) to violence and persecution ( after all, they are evil and deserve it).

When leftists and communists are being hypocrites, you better bet I know about it. I am easily in the top 5% of informed posters on ET. I do alot of reading and retain a lot of it.

In many cases they literally are children. To the left this Greta Thunderturd is the greatest thing ever. I simply do not understand how brainwashing a child into being angry and bitter helps their cause in anyway. What it does tell me is they dont have a whole lot of well thought out positions to argue so they parade these people around who we are not allowed to argue with.
They do this with Greta Thunderturd, Ballsy Ford, Stormy Daniels, Tammy Butterworth, Gabby Giffords, Obama and so on. Heck for 40 years they beat up on any Republican who would critize John McCain and they would say McCain was untouchable, provided he was attacking republicans. It was pretty amazing to watch that whole charade dry in 2008 when the left unloaded both barrels on McCain. Of course, when 2009 rolled around, McCain was kissing Obama's ass and he was untouchable again.
