I take 5000 iu of vitamin D and fish oil. Seems to help. Trading can be lonely. Exercise did wonders. Need to get back in the gym lifting iron again... Let's see if we get a break of 1253....

Looks like the shorts have covered today. Tomorrow is a good day for the bulls to buy for a follow through resistance level at 11,900 and at least put the wheels back on the market.

if I were PPT i would not waste the fire power right now. Give the market a chance to rebound on its own first. It it keeps dropping then PPT could step in somewhere below 1200 on a nasty down day. This way they could recruit the help of late Shorts to fuel a rally.

let the ppt go home,banks fend for themselves,they've made billions,trillions in the last 3 years,market should stop on its own around 1150
