Lets see...

In the first incident Harry was "jogging" and stopped to rest or something. When he leaned against a car it was slippery and he took a fall somehow managing to get a nasty black eye in the process.

In the second incident Harry was using an exercise machine that employs a rubber strap which parted and smacked him in the face. In the subsequent Chevy Chase style fall Harry managed to break a few ribs and smash the other side of his face into part of the machine.

Karma.
 
as well as another incident with a black eye... a picture of this was posted on this thread... if I recall.
