Yes, centrist and so bad - thing is Brookings discloses where it's funding comes from and they disclose their data as well. Can you tell me how the hell did Mr.Book compare pre and post ACA rates when in fact ACA rendered many plans unviable? I checked eHealth and there is no such table of data that was show on the excel chart.
