The people claiming "the best intraday trading market in years" are the same people who will be gone tomorrow;
Such fad statements are made by amateur traders only with little to no experience and foresight,

Couldn't agree more, it reeked of amateurism and his posts thereafter just reaffirmed what a dreamer he is.

Let's see, if the bashers were making money they would have agreed with me. So we have to assume their angst is proof of lousy results.

I'm a long only trader, but this intraday action has been frustrating for me at times. My entries are always below the open. A large number of these up days I'm just sitting on the sidelines, since the market has been just ripping from the open with literally no test of lower prices first. I'm realizing that in this type of environment I have to get long on the pullback, and be ready to hold for days or even weeks in order to maximize the move.

Well I for one am as frustrated as you. Patience though, this too will pass....easier said than exercised!

Easier with auto-strategy than manual i would say..

Afternoon trade especially worthless. Maybe some edge in the am and very late, but trading at eod can get you stuck holding overnight when that's not part of the plan
