Once the s$p starts breaking down even further many who were long the last few months will start to take profits, at this point why risk losing gains going into the end of the year.

I keep hearing over and over and over again the fund managers are going to put their billions to work to catch the performance of the market going into the end of the year since they missed out on the last 7 months of gains and that this will cause a market melt up.....
