I like the feeling of those knowledgeable E-Trade guys over the phone helping me out with my investment decisions.

Usually they tell me to "hold on" because we're "definitely near the bottom," which works sometimes, but not always.

I mean, I guess I've done OK on my investments, since I haven't lost as much as my neighbors. I know one guy who lost $500,000 in his retirement account last year. I haven't lost that much.
