Maybe, just MAYBE, it's your inability to correctly interpret indicators. When you would analyze the momentum of price, caused by volume of course, then you might interpret indicators completely different.

If we would look at MACD, you should learn to analyze HOW and WHEN certain formations (crossovers of lines, or the histogram) occur. In the end, when you are at that skill level, you will know WHY indicators lag.

It's so absurd, this place of full of people who rely on indicators
(derivatives of price), yet the all have one thing in common, they make little or no money. Their fundamental mindset relies on "edges".
