Who can sponsor me for series7 in Asia?

I am iranian citizen, and looking to apply for
series 7 exam in any asian exam centers.

I had contacted one prop firm earlier and
their compliance dept couldn't accept me

Any prop firm that can sponsor me? I have
my own trading capital to trade with, thanks
 
I have contacted two other firms, one said they
don't sponsor any more, and another haven't
given any final word since last two weeks

Anyone can help?
