Who build your custom autotrading platform?

Those who have your own autotrading platform, do you build it yourself or hire some firms? onshore or offshore?
 
Built my own methods/system and then had it programmed for me, the boxes I bought myself. Everything is onshore.......that may change by the end of the year.
