Seeing as how I'm a student, yes $2k is enough. With options you don't need that much to begin with. Note: "As for now". I plan to get a job after college, hopefully, and continue to add to the account and trade.

Yeh, surprisingly she's still with me. Although we have been on a shopping spree this year. everything is 1/2 price. Gold/Silver/oil/stocks/real estate..... Just saw an article this morning: GM dealers offering buy 1 car and get one free!! Maybe it's time to get matching his/her hummers.
