Whitest county in Cali; not in compliance with Civil Rights act;needs more nonwhites

i'm kind of wondering where this meltdown of socialism will end.. how long it will take and how deep the cuts will have to eventually be... we could see lots of people that depend on govt handouts actually starving, no? That would let Marin county off the hook maybe, they could just keep a decline of minority population in the ballpark and dodge the bullet... sort of a "controlled burn" approach...

Areas are better off to satisfy their minority requirements with Mexicans, they like to work hard... I always say I'm an Amerind on any form that requests race info, that means one less ghetto monster is required to meet the quotas... I should be telling this to Marin County really...
