The blacks are tired of the racist , segregation policies of urban Democratic Government. Blacks are stuck in neighborhoods that are 98% black, awful schools, no police, locked out of the local economy. They are moving to the South because they are not being locked out of the economy by the powers that be.

Humans create their own environments, so instead of giving them yet another excuse, ask why the black environment is always so destructive and violent.
