White rice link seen with Type 2 diabetes

did I miss anything? went through the abstract as well, didn't see anything wrong with the brown one..:confused:
 
more than 3 ounces of meat per day can cause diabetes ..

that's a deck of cards size (once per day)

i won't even eat that much!

lots of rice + legumes is MY staple!
