Depends on the rates and extents of decline by race and ethnic group.

Just so we're clear, you think that whites have a privilege because their job declines may or may not be better than other races (I didn't look at the data so I cannot say for sure) and that - if true - it's because they're white?

But it doesn't matter - this is the point you're too obtuse to recognize.
If Whites are losing jobs at a slightly lesser rate than minorities, then they are privileged according to you - and it's because they're white that this is happening.
If they are not losing jobs at a lesser rate, but the same or greater rate, then your argument is just as worthless, if not more so.
It's a lose-lose for you.
