how so? how was this info revealed? who did they discuss it with. was it be discussed or were they disseminating the info as a threat? I do not know and your story seemed very vague.

however, in another context such as a conflicts of interest discussion with staff... this could be innocuous.

My advice would be to handle the review in such a way that will inflict maximum damage on CNN and TimeWarner. That's certainly the way the democrats would handle it.
