White House petition on ‘47 traitors’ draws more than 200,000 signatures

Obama would have to sign a law to limit his own power so i agree with GWB, it just seems like an excercise in futility, none of the dems would be on board so there is no way anything would get passed without his signature.

All those petitions on that site are basically just "fuck you" letters to whatever person or group you dislike and im pretty sure obama already knows that half the country thoroughly hates him. Nothing ever gets done on 99% of them.

"The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 49% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama's job performance. Fifty percent (50%) disapprove (see trends).

"The latest figures include 25% who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 37% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -12."

Logically, those who "thoroughly hate" the president would be a fraction of those who strongly disapprove, so it would be less than 37%.

That's an interesting point. Look how fast they took Rubio down when he arrived. I think it's more about maintaining the status quo, though getting the newbies to do the dirty work is worth considering. Or maybe the newbies don't like the way the old guard does business, and it's the current leaders in their own party, and not Obama, that is the source of frustration and desperation.

You really are a troll when you try to pick something as innocuous as that apart, we werent having an economics debate where numbers matter, i was just going by half the country being conservative off the top of my head, you busted me i didnt go scouring the internet for five hours to figure out the exact 34.5674% of people actually hate him, the number was basically meaningless to the sentence and thats what you decide to key in on what a fag you are.

You understand the point of the sentence, but you decide to fact check me lol, it reminds me of the grammar nazi's whose debating tactic is checking your punctuation.
