It sounds like we'll find out soon. The whistleblower complaint has been declassified, and it's expected to be made available to the public tomorrow.

And it was looked at and determined to be above board. The whistleblower as of now is not really even a whistleblower as they do not have any first-hand knowledge and likely are extremely partisan. Let's wait for now and see who it is.--We may want to see who left The White House right around that time and could have an axe to grind.
