Yes! I was surprised myself, and thought the same way, until I kept watching them and them showing their results. They are consistent in live streaming and proving that this can be done. All the other live streamers are not that good.

You don't voluntarily report capital income of >$20 million income in a single year. Unfortunately my most credible source is Sweden's largest newspaper and paywalled. https://www.dn.se/ekonomi/har-ar-sveriges-hogsta-loner-okanda-tog-sig-in-pa-listan/ He is anonymous there and referred to as stock trader, but other people managed to figure out it's him.
Of course one might argue that he made his money in another way (e.g. cybercrime) but it seems unreasonable somebody would get away with it given the media attention surrounding an unknown person suddenly popping up among Sweden's biggest taxpayers. Sweden's tax authority is one of the best run state agencies in the world.
Do note that this was for 2020's income which of course was an outlier year and peak stupid.
Made some edits since I should be clear his income was in that range, not the tax (which is 30% of that, unless he was trading in ISK for closer to 0% tax - which is lunacy for volatile strategies since losses are not deductible in following years in ISK).

Wow,that is interesting. I watched Kris' live Twitch streams almost 2 years and also a bunch of his older videos and NOT ONCE did he mention that Stocksholm outfit. Its almost like he had another secret wife and family.LOL. I'm guessing he signed on with them in early 2021? He often joked about starting a hedge fund or prop shop. I always thought of him as just a stock picker living in his mom's basement with his cat,albeit a VERY GOOD stock picker.
