Which were some brokers with technical problems during this week of market chaos with high volume?

One nightmare I have as a retail trader is to be locked out of my trading account because the broker's platform broke down as a result of very high volume.

Were there any brokers who suffered technical problems this week? It will be good for clients to know as this is an important factor when choosing broker. I would rather pay more than take on this risk of being locked out during a time when I need to get out.

I am using Interactive Brokers. I did not encounter any problems. How about those using cheaper platforms like Robin Hood? Did the cheaper platforms suffer technical problems?
 
SierraChart, CQG feed, AMP Futures... NO HICCUPS OF ANY KIND! ROCK SOLID ALL WEEK!!

Not even the random disconnect/reconnect known issue with CQG servers.

I could never trade on a phone. (except just to close my position in the rare emergency case that my internet is down.)

I need to see the chart widely, in big format, every intricate...detail, of its suave and/or jagged movement, o_O my mind is constantly intertwining on a micro and macro scale,
I stare at a chart for so long, every business trading day...like it's an art piece on a museum wall,

A chart is an incredibly complex thing...to understand its subtleties and purpose and mood, and goals and emotions,
It's like speaking and communicating, without directly speaking,
...and if you can master this art, you will be rich,

And even if my internet connection is down, I Still wouldn't use my cellphone directly.
I would use my cellphone as a Wi-Fi hotspot, for my Tablet.

I agree. If my trading style is looking at a huge monitor, or 3, or 7, how could that ever be condensed into a single little iPhone bit or whatever to make trading decisions?

The way I see it, a smartphone is something to be used if your platform breaks or you are away during a major event. One of the coolest things I wanted to mention to the OP is regarding this...

Well, that is the point of having a mobile phone...To make phone calls. If you are in a bind and cannot ever get through to your broker to place an order, then you need to find another broker. That is important, especially in these volatile times.

Yes, lots of brokers had problems. No problems with IB here either however.

Schwab had problems too. Sometimes you could log in, but then it wouldn't sent your orders and the phone lines were quite long to get your orders done manually.

IB and TD worked fine for me. Except for some bad options quotes from IB (posted in another thread). Does that even when market is normal although it's rare.
