which trades got busted yesterday?

besides PG and IWP? personally, i stayed on the sidelines, but for future reference, what stocks should we avoid when mistakes like this happen again?

A ton of trades got busted yesterday.

Industry-wide Clearly Erroneous Ruling Policy Established for 05/06/10
NYSE and NYSE Amex cash market customers should be aware that an industry-wide decision [including Nasdaq etc.] to address potentially erroneous pricing from today's trading has been initiated.

Note that:
-The specific timeframe addresses trade executions between 2:40 p.m. ET and 3:00 p.m. ET
-The reference price is the consolidated last sale at or before 2:40 p.m ET
-Trades executed with a price deviation of greater than and less than 60 percent from the reference price will be busted.

This decision may not be appealed.

Updates will follow tomorrow, May 7, 2010.

Free Trade isn’t free. It’s conceived, directed and executed by private monopoly capital with corporate state promotion and protections. Its consequences are measurably visible in the extreme maldistribution of wealth and income, both globally and domestically.
Managed trade must include economic and social clauses negotiated between and among contracting parties, public and private, which will prevent labor and market exploitation by equalizing income and fair labor standards on a parity basis, e.g., how many hours of labor are required to buy and pay for a pound of bread, or a pound of protein yielding meat, or a house with plumbing or transportation per mile, or all of these and more necessities, in the respective economies ? The relative tax payments for necessary public services and expenditures must also be computed within the parity formulae among and between the trading partners and their respective governments. In this speed-of-light computer and cyber age, these details are nothing more than simple input-output statistics. The key, though, is getting corporate dominated governments to subscribe to the economic and social clause principle in their myriad trade deals.
