Which softwares can update trailing stop orders dynamically on broker/exchange server

I am Using a trailing stop as one of exiting methods. The trailing stop is a dynamica one with some ATR calculation. If I try to automate the strategy, I should find a software that can dynamically update the (trailing) stop orders everybar as the time goes by .

It seems tradestation does not support this function, (the trailing stop orders are monitored locally and only sent when the stop price is triggered ) Is there any automation softwares that can realize this function ?

why would you want to use a software package that your trades will rest on their server ?
