which sites can i do odd lots?

Hi guys, does anyone know which sites i can do odd lots? I basically want to trade a basket of stocks where each are different share sizes and are all odd lots. such as 83 shares, 41 shares etc but not have to pay a flat fee of x amount of dollars per 100 shares.

Also are there any programs out there that i can add on or link to a trading account that will do the basket trading? As in buy lets say 50 stocks at the same time that are all different share sizes and also odd lots. Then be able to cover the basket of 50?
 
I believe your real question is which brokers will do basket trades. And IB will support basket trades.

The "odd lot" question is a bit touchier because NYSE has certain rules regarding odd lots -- and IB was recently sanctioned by NYSE regarding those rules. Though basket trades are exempted as I recall from the NYSE info memos.
