Which retail brokerages offer IEX routing?

Does anyone know all the retail brokers that have this route? Are there any other than Interactive Brokers, Tradestation Securities and Lightspeed? I see that Fidelity is listed on the IEX site but I'm not sure that is available to retail clients or if its something that they use for themselves
 
Do you find that access to this exchange and the extra cost is worth placing your order on an ECN with little volume?

It is totally worth it if it means the bots can't frontrun your order. Of course, I'm not a huge fan of the bots and I would do anything in my power to screw them over.
