Which "Real Time Data Provider" would you choose to trade Futures using Ninja Trader ?

A few friendly comments:

Continuum/CQG should be wrapped together, they are one of the same.
NinjaTrader does not support futures through TD Ameritrade, thus should be removed from the list.
Vision Financial Markets no longer exists and should be removed from the list.
