Nikkei Futures are almost 24h with some breaks in between... besides need to switch from Simex to CME but bith contract are fungible.

SGX NIkkei from 22:45 GMT to 05:30 GMT (Next day)
then from 06:30 GMT to 13:55 GMT.

CME Nikkei from 11:00 GMT to 21:15 GMT.
