Marketcap less than $100mil, USA I would go higher, $200 - $500 mil.
Well, liquidity often is relative... depends on the size of a trader. For a small retail guy like you and me, $100 market cap is fine. Unless you're trying to trade options and want a spread of only a penny. lol
I agree with the $5 = Penny Stock rule. That's how it applies in North America, at least in Canada. The thing is, ever since penny-stocks really were worth under a $, inflation has kept pushing that definition UP.
