which is the best s/w for charting, scans etc

Hello,
I currently have QuantShare, which now works with Interactive Broker (haven't tried though).
I would like to know which is *the* best software to use with Interactive Broker?
Is it "NinjaTrader" or QuantShare or something else?
I would like to know which is the _best_ software that an _actual_ ''EliteTrader'' would use with Interactive Broker (IB)?!

Also, is Interactive broker 'the best'?
