Thanks for the answer. Although short-term trading is more profitable with a sound methodology, is it fair to say short-term trading is not as scalable as long-term trading? Hard to manage a big fund because it is hard to go in and out short-term?

You will be lucky IF you only LOSS everything AFTER a decade. Most day traders don't last more than a year or after 2 to 3 thousands trade. Figure out how we know this number.
That wasn't the point. The point is a lot of traders don't make it big by betting on the longer time time. The Japanese trader that went by the name of CIS made $34M from the most recent market crash within a few days!
