Which is better to trade? 30,10, or 5 yr. note

What is the status of the 30 bond? I thought it was discontinued. Also, are there any preferences as to which bond or note to day trade? When watching the charts, it seems to me that the 5 year
note is perhaps the smoothest when trending. They all move the same direction, in tandem. Any recommendations?
 
Depends on your expectation for the shape of the yield curve. As far as volume goes, the ten is the most active now.

If I only trade ZN/ZB/ZF futures and hold for minutes, do I really need to know the yield curve?:confused:
