Which IB subscription do I need?

I want to start getting real-time data for German DAX futures. What IB data subscription do I sign up for?

For DAX you need DTB datafeed, so Eurex-Level1 or 2 (if you want MarketDepth of 5 bids/asks then 2).

So what's the indices subscription? They actually want money to get index quotes?

The DAX-index is on DTB,

But all the ESTxxxx-indices are separated.
