There is a book I came across, "What to say when talking to yourself", by Shad Helmstetter, PhD. It helps you find your own affirmations and mind-programming, using your own tapes. He speaks out against hypnosis, because you become dependend on someone else.

Tony Robbin's has a new tape coming out which deals specifically with fear which is one of the major battles psychologically for traders and people in general. Also www.innertalk.com has a lot of great tapes and cd's which use the latest technology. Also some traders I know have been going to therapist and using something called EMDR which is a revolutionary method for helping people essentially re-frag the brains circuitry. These traders have used EMDR to over come fear with astonishing results. One therapist in my area is now marketing this EMDR for traders.

haha you are not suppose to see it, but how do you know if it's there, interesting

If you go to the setting section and slow the speed to one second you will be able to see your messages. I tried it last night and was able to read my custom message.
