Which FX broker???

Bear with me please - I'm experienced fixed income trader looking to move into FX......

Who would people recommend as the best FX broker?

In terms of

Closest spreads (lets say EUR/$)
Greatest leverage
Best platform

Any help appreciated - Ive been recommended MF Global but Ive got no feeling for whether they are good or bad.

Thats funny as Im using their free trial to 'get my legs'.

Frankly Ive seen tighter spreads elsewhere.....so your advice is taken.

Fx is unregulated and uncontrolled play the CME currency futures instead.
