Yup without a chance to recovery because their shitty jurisdiction like Belize will make it impossible to win lawsuit against such brokers.

Yeah still other brokers would be fined for much more violations if they were in US. So yes we have to count regulations too when checking their violations.
 
You can try turnkey forex, I have been with them for more than a year, never faced any issue. Trading conditions are also good,ultra-low commission charges, tight spreads and you can get leverage up to 400:1.
 
You should use Forexchief broker. They offer 1:400 and you can increase it upon manual request. There are also exotic pairs and pairs from those countries available. You can also apply that leverage to stock symbols.

They will be banned soon since they have same offshore license as many other similar brokers which asked Canadian traders to quit because of problems with regulation.
