Which discounted Brokers offer low margin rate close to IB ?

Not sure what you meant for "paying too much". Margins and commission are two different things.
Example my account size with schwab is over 200K ( my own money) and i borrow 40K on margin ..but they charges nearly 8.35 to 7.82% yearly rate that counted on daily base of 360days

So I guess you are "paying" for margin interest? I thought you want high margin amount or high BP.
For low margin interest, you need to go with the real discount brokers for high volume traders. The largest "discount" brokers are actually more like mainstream brokers. They are for general investors & traders. They get enough trading volume and have no incentives to offer very competitive margin rate.
Why don't you just open an IB account if you like its lower margin rate?
