if it's an entry to add I always take it, regardless of time. As a matter of fact when things get thin I get my best fills. But I almost always postpone a trigger to get stopped out after 12 pm, and won't execute it until 1 or 2 am.

all you have to do is look at historical charts and see what pairs meet your definition as "most active." What might be active to me may not be active for you.

For me, none of them are worth a damn after 12pm et. Except during FOMC. And sometimes there is some unwinding after an unusually big day.

Yes, absolutely agree mate. I don't think there are anything to consider active after 12PM EST except there are any FOMC or FUNDAMENTAL HIGH IMPACT on the day. I am glad I stay in Asia, the most best geographical location for trading Forex and of course it is my sleeping time on 12pm EST and I can sleep well everyday without any worries.
