Which criteria in this list is better to maintain?

From my reading and 4 months of experience thus far, I know to consider these criteria when selecting a stock or EFT for activity:
  • High open interest
  • High volume
  • High IV%
  • Narrow Bid/Ask
  • Delta +/- 5% of 20%
  • 4% away from current underlying price
  • And for those using Tastyworks platform, Probability of Profit 45% or higher
Are any of these criteria less important?
I can use screening software to find what seems to be an ideal candidate only to see Low Open Interest or really low Volume. Next time it might be a wide Bid/Ask. I understand I'll rarely hit them all perfectly but which criteria are more important to you and which do you let slide occasionally?
Thanks.

dividends,
no dividends if its got a good chart,
seasonals; 1st+ last quarter tend to trend well for stocks
52 week chart/all data/monthly charts...…………...…...………...……………...
volume trend on 52 week chart/ anything can happen for 5 minutes or one day.

high iv last 12 months right? So 18 IV is 150% IV in the past 12 months if IV was at 12... watch that trade blow up once we get another 80 IV, for both calls and puts. No matter how hard you got your deltas together :/
