From my reading and 4 months of experience thus far, I know to consider these criteria when selecting a stock or EFT for activity:
I can use screening software to find what seems to be an ideal candidate only to see Low Open Interest or really low Volume. Next time it might be a wide Bid/Ask. I understand I'll rarely hit them all perfectly but which criteria are more important to you and which do you let slide occasionally?

- High open interest
- High volume
- High IV%
- Narrow Bid/Ask
- Delta +/- 5% of 20%
- 4% away from current underlying price
- And for those using Tastyworks platform, Probability of Profit 45% or higher
