Every brokerage supported them but nobody traded them. I believe they’re now discontinued, or basically have 0 volume.
There are plenty of smaller stocks with options, so you don’t need minis. You can also trade spreads and various combos on AMZN where you can determine your own leverage without using minis.

- BMO Investorline had the minis a few years ago - but has guru stated now discontinued.
- And they were only available for a few stocks.
- I think this was even before FB - so no minis ever for FB.
