you are just plain stupid, mate. If you had the slightest inkling of trading volatility you would not believe in snake oil such as a "volatility feed". Even a first year undergrad comp finance major can derive implied vols from traded option prices and rudimentary knowledge of Black Scholes (or related fixed income models). And if you do not have access or constructed your own interest, yield, dividend, ..., curves then you do not even belong behind an options trading screen. Taking the implied vols from someone else basically means you have no model nor the slightest idea how to construct your own surface (or cube, in the case of swaptions, for example).

UBS are veeeeery high on account minimum, Kyte is now RJO UK, don`t like naked short puts and 2000 commision minimum p.m. for new accounts.
Any further ideas?

You are asking for the impossible imho. Are you US citizen or legal resident? Because if you are you may want to check laws regarding that, it could be that even non US brokers reject your business if they are soliciting other business in the US in case that US residents and citizens are discouraged by the SEC or other regulatory body to trade foreign index options.
And you need to compromise on something. You will most likely not find a broker who gives you margin levels close to exchange mandated minimum levels for naked options unless they are otherwise well compensated for that. And if you additionally require transparency (which was my gripe with rmorse's opaque and almost secretive approach) and low commission rates you probably filtered out all brokers available.
Time to think about where you can compromise imho.
