Which broker allow highest leverage?

Looking for a broker that allow high leverage for small cap stocks. I use Saxotrader for large cap and forex. They are just great since they allow 10-1 on CFDs, and currencies are 100-1.

I use a Scandinavian broker for small caps. Their daytrade leverage is 2-1 and 3-1 longterm.
