Which analysts do you trust, if any?

Same with Peter Schiff. I occasionally listen to his podcasts and his arguments are logical, but if you followed his advice, you would be under-performing the market by a lot. Actually, one would be losing money by being in gold since around 2011 with the exception of 2016. I do believe that he will one day be right again just as he was in 2008. I'll give him credit for being the only one on CNBC and other shows arguing that the housing market had major problems in 2006 and 2007 despite ridicule and derision from other guests.

I don't watch CNBC much, does he have web page or Blog?

The best analyst, in my opinion, are the CEOs/CFOs guidance that they issue for their company during quarterly briefings. Look at their track record for guidance in the past. If they are consistent, then they are your best bet for the future.

I have seen quite a few analysts who's analysis/predictions failed right on/after the event and come up with pathetic or totally absurd justifications for their failed analysis. Best option/analysis I have is watch/aware of the economic news but trade on candle/price action.

I'd give you two likes on this if I could.
Nothing's 100%, but THE KEY as you mentioned....is the track record.
Conference calls are a goldmine.

Old adage from the old days:
"You bet on the man and not the company".
Still true.

PC disclaimer....("Man or woman")
Although I wouldn't put too much money on Carly or Marissa.
Maybe Oprah.
