Where's the Credit Balance?

Hi. Does someone know where I can look up Credit Balance (as in Credit Balance - Short Market Value = Short Equity)? I can't find it stated explicitly anywhere in TWS, or via the API. But I am guessing I can compute the Credit Balance from other accounts somehow. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I think that IB calls this either CashBalance or TotalCashValue in the API. You could also look for the NetLiquidation parameter.
