These bids, if they are placed to influence premkt trading, are completely illegal. My securities lawyer has advised Marketwatch in the past, and she was formerly in Enforcement at SEC. So, if anyone is doing this they are likely to get caught if they trade against it.

You can't trade after 8PM eastern which is when the after hours market closes
I dont see how that is possible
