its not going to be nowhere near $2 imo, chance of the deal not going through remains, lot of inside ownership on the stock but a ton of that is employees not management
think from the perspective of bsc shareholders. you are just about to take a loss of 93% from fridays close, Im willing to bet a lot of them wont accept a loss this big, they say no and maybe can reduce the loss maybe take a 100% loss. when people are losing they are likely to gamble to try to make it up even if it means losing it all
