I've been using X_Trader and tried OEC demo recently, some features are really good on OEC and hoping to get them on X_T on ver 7.

I'm only doing about 100 round turns a month, so I probably don't have much leverage. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

imo, paper trading is absolutely worthless. if you are trying to be a successful intuitional trader, the three most important things to learn about your self is how you react to your fear, greed and ego. those have to be in control to be a good scalping trader. when you paper trade, there is NO WAY you can learn about those emotions. in fact there is only one way and that is live trading.
if you can code some of your ideas and see how those worked in the past, you can get a better idea of if you want to trade those ideas in the future. but no matter what you do and how successful you ideas look in the past, you still have to get past fear, greed and ego in a live environment.
the only reason i would paper trade something is to make sure i am proficient enough on the trading platform. the mechanics of the platform.
