Where to get After Hours quotes for ETF's

For an ETF that trades 24 hours a day, where can I get an After hours current Bid and Ask quote for the ETF without having to have an Account at a particular firm (if possible)? I am particularly interested in trading an ETF in the Extended Hours Night session which goes from 8PM - 4AM EasternTime.
 
The list of available securities now includes FXI, SPY, EEM, GLD, SLV, DIA, UNG, TLT, IWM, QQQ, USO, SH, RWM, PSQ, AGG, DOG, EWA, EFA, EWJ, IJH, VTI, XLF, XLE, and XLK -

Markets are primarily made by Virtu and availability either direct or thru a couple of brokers.

TD and its various platforms are the biggest players last time I looked.
 
If you’re interested in trading them then how can you not have an account at the firm that supports trading them and therefore provides quotes?
 
I do get a quote with my Broker but I was looking for another source to be able to confirm the prices. There have been times once in a while when the Broker's prices are off so that's why I was looking for a 2nd quote source from somewhere else to confirm Bid/Ask prices.
