Where is a good place to recruit futures, currency, or options traders that are willing and able to be part of a start-up hedge fund?

They tend to congregate in bars and strip clubs.
thats a very open ended question.....
....for where, doing what, trading how....
if they are being paid a salary then probably many places.
if they are expected to be equity owners with lots of upside but no base....then you options get limited.
In all cases are you looking for traders with verifiable track records or execution operators?
Most traders come out of established hedge funds or prop shops ...and setting up and running a hedge fund involves a hell of a lot more than simply trading.
The better question might need to be more specific -
eg; where can i find some qualified, verifiable profitable traders willing to commit to 2-3 years hard slog of raising capital.

i do not need fundraisers, i am looking for one or two independent traders to trade a futures account. integrity and respect is a must.
prefer they trade the CL, or 6A, or 6C,

trades at least 3x risk.
as an emerging fund manager, i am looking for one trader that knows how to get out of his own way.
a previous poster recommended bars and strip clubs, not gonna work with that. Although, I guess Han Solo was found in the Cantina, so maybe there is some truth in that, IF this were the movies.
it seems that good traders hang with other good traders, so maybe this is a good place to find at least one good trader.
